Effective 01 April 2008 any CAP member who has not completed OPSEC training will no longer be able to access e-services per the directive published by Civil Air Patrol National Headquarters.

Members in Nevada Wing were notified earlier this year if they still needed to complete OPSEC training, and were temporarily suspended from participation in any activities until such time. Effective April 2008 those members who have not completed OPSEC training will no longer have access to e-services.

Upon completion of OPSEC training your record will be updated, but you must notify the commander, or designate, of your completion in order to release the hold placed by National Headquarters.
